The kitchen diner has a dining table with bench seating, a dishwasher, condensing tumble dryer, and washing machine. There is a ground-floor WC. On the first floor is the main family bathroom with shower over the bath; a double bedroom; a single bedroom; and a twin bedroom all of which are beautifully decorated. The top of the garden has paved area large enough to sit out and enjoy a summer meal and the lower part has a rockery. Even when dark outside this garden has lights along the planted areas to add atmosphere and help you find you way.
This beautiful self-catering cottage rests in the heart of the historic village of Lympstone. The property is a few minutes’ walk from the pretty Lympstone harbour and cycle paths to Exmouth and Topsham.
