Once Upon A Tide has views of the sea and the estuary from the living room and second bedroom and the beach is only metres away with the town centre and station 5/10 minutes’ walk. Exmouth’s stunning marina is just a minute away – from here you can get boats along the Jurassic coast or to Topsham, Starcross or the River Exe floating cafe. For dining, The Grove, The Beach and The Point are all within 2 minutes’ walk and the popular Rock Fish restaurant has recently opened at the end of the road.
Once Upon A Tide comprises of an entrance hall leading off to a living room with two sofas (one doubles as a 4’sofa-bed for occasional use) and a dining table, a double bedroom with wardrobe and a second bedroom with 4′ bed. There is a modern shower room and separate WC with hand-basin. The modern kitchen with oven, fridge-freezer and washing machine leads to a small area by the kitchen rear door where you can catch the last of the sun in the evening (there is access down the staircase to refuse area and rear gate).
Please Note – this apartment does not have a TV or DVD player. There is no WiFi, however local signal is good for those who have a mobile connection.
