Once Upon a Tide is a lovely 2 bedroom self catering, holiday apartment only a short stroll to the white sandy beaches of Exmouth. St Andrews is a very popular residential street and the location can hardly be topped with views of the sea from your dining table, the beach is metres away and its only a 5/10 minute walk to the town centre and train station. Exmouth’s stunning marina is also just a minute away – from here you can get boats along the Jurassic coast or to Topsham, Starcross or the River Exe floating cafe. For dining, The Grove, The Beach and The Point are all within 2 minutes’ walk and the popular Rock Fish restaurant has recently opened at the end of the road.
For those people that wish to travel with the whole family (furry ones too!), dogs that they are used to apartment living and are neighbour friendly are welcome to join, we just ask for a small additional cleaning charge per dog. Exmouth is incredibly dog friendly and a large number of the pubs and restaurants are happy to allow dogs, as is the beach closest to the property!
This property is in a unique position to provide a garage for parking or storage of any watersport equipment you might want to bring. So no need to worry about parking or safety of any gear you might want to bring.
Once Upon A Tide comprises of an entrance hall leading off to a living room with two sofas (one doubles as a 4’sofa-bed for occasional use) and a dining table plus a TV with freeview and WiFi available, a double bedroom with wardrobe and a second bedroom with 4′ bed. There is a modern shower room and separate WC with hand-basin. The modern kitchen with oven, fridge-freezer and washing machine leads to a small area by the kitchen rear door where you can catch the last of the sun in the evening (there is access down the staircase to refuse area and rear gate).
