Holidays Update – Coronavirus Guidelines
We are looking forward to welcoming you back as soon as we are allowed! We are waiting for clarification from the Government as to when self-catering holiday accommodation in England can re-open.
We are working very hard to ensure our properties are Covid-19 clean and ready for our guests. Our experienced team of housekeepers and cleaners are trained in such cleaning procedures and give meticulous attention to detail. We want you to relax and enjoy your holiday with us and we will be liaising with you every step of the way and providing clear guidelines on how best to stay safe and well during your stay. Guests staying in apartments will be given guidelines for staying safe and keeping others safe in the communal areas.
Our COVID-19 CANCELLATION policy is as follows – if we are unable to provide the accommodation or you are unable to travel to the area due to Government COVID-19 restrictions, then we will offer you a full refund or a full credit to use on another date and/or another property. We always urge our guests to take out travel insurance though, as if you are not able to come on your holiday due to a change in your own personal circumstances (such as illness or family crisis) and cancel with less than a month’s notice, then we cannot guarantee to refund you. If you cancel at short notice, we will try to re-let the accommodation and will refund you if we are successful (minus a £25 administration fee to cover bank transfers etc)
