Ground Floor:Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, cooker, microwave and fridge. Open plan sitting room and dining room with a gas fire. Double sofa bed provides sleeping accommodation for two. TV, digibox and DVD are all provided. The downstairs bathroom has a shower and bath.
First Floor:Two bedrooms with double beds provide sleeping accommodation for four.
Outside:There is a small yard at the rear of the property. Parking is on neighbouring streets.
Gas and Electricity included. Duvets and pillows are provided.
