This family home is situation on the edge of town above the quiet seaside resort of Budleigh Salterton. The town centre and the seafront are within easy walking distance. Close by there is access to the Heritage Coast path, a site of international distinction. All you need for a wonderful family holiday by the sea

Accommodation comprising
Ground Floor:There is a sitting room with spacious dining area, a kitchen and utility room. There is a single bedroom downstairs next to the clockroom with toilet and wash basin.
First Floor:The house has three main bedrooms, one with King size double bed and two with single beds. (One of the single beds is more suited to a child.) There is a bathroom and a separate shower room.
Outside:The house is surrounded by a large garden, mainly laid to lawn with a summer house. There is also a driveway which can accommodate two cars and there is parking on the road.
Gas and Electricity included. Duvets and pillows are provided.
