The comfy lounge has 2 & 3 seat settee (3 seat can be converted to make additional bed for guests by arrangement). The lounge has gas fire, large TV, digibox, DVD & stereo. Kitchen with electric cooker, washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer & dishwasher. The shower room has shower cubical with electric shower, basin & toilet. Separate dining area with extending table. Linen & towels provided. Gas, heating & electric included. OFF ROAD PARKING
