Accommodation comprising
Ground Floor:Downstairs is a hallway with internal access to the garage. The garage has a washing machine, drier and small chest freezer. There is an understairs toilet and wash hand basin. The hallway leads into the kitchen/diner which is fully fitted with all the latest equipment including an electric oven and gas hob, dishwasher and microwave. There is access to a patio area for al fresco dining and the patio leads out onto the walkway surrounding the marina.
First Floor:The stairs lead to the lounge with two 3 seater sofas digital TV and gas fire. There is a double door to a balcony overlooking the marina with table and chairs to sit and enjoy the view. The first floor also contains a bedroom with single bed and Z bed.
Second Floor:The stairs lead to a further double bedroom with King size bed and en-suite and a third bedroom with King size bed. Also on this floor is a family bathroom with an over-bath shower.
Outside:The drive holds two cars and there is the use of a garage for storage only with access through the hall. At the south facing side of the property is a patio area with a gate leading onto the marina walkway.
