The property is on three floors and has three bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is adjacent to the main bathroom and has a double bed. Bedroom 2 is en-suite and has 2 single beds. The third bedroom has a double futon for two more guests. The property has TV, DVD, CD, radio, stereo and video player.The modern kitchen contains 4 ring cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. A comfy lounge provides ample seating and a gas fire. Dining area has extendable table and seating for 6 guests. Full gas central heating.
Outside:There is a private balcony with decking and a separate large patio overlooking the sea. Parking for one car. Please note the property is unsuitable for elderly and infirm or wheelchairs.
