Tuppenny Blue is on the outskirts of Exmouth set up on the hill making the views across Exmouth town, coastline and the Exe Estuary exceptional. The property has three double bedrooms and plenty of living space downstairs with the added bonus of a conservatory to enjoy the view.
Ground Floor:The front door leads to a hall way with cloakroom and to the lounge diner, which is modern in design and decor with 2 three seater settees, dining table and 4 chairs. The conservatory has 2 tub chairs so the view can be enjoyed what ever the weather. The door from the conservatory leads on to a beautiful enclosed garden with patio furniture. The kitchen is newly fitted with modern units with integral washing machine, dishwasher, tumble dryer, cooker, fridge and freezer. There is access to the garden from the kitchen.
First Floor:There are two double bedrooms with double beds. The third bedroom has a double bed but very little room around the bed and is probably best suited to children. The bathroom has electric shower, bath, wc and wash hand basin. There is an airing cupboard on the landing.
Outside:The garden is mainly grass with flower borders and has garden table and 4 chairs. There is ample parking on the drive for two cars.
