The centre of the town is just a few minutes walk and Exmouth two miles of sandy beach is about 15-20 minutes of easy walking. The estuary is about a 10 minute walk.

The third floor flat is on two levels and has plenty of room and fabulous views over the roof tops to the River Exe. The new fully fitted kitchen has a four ring halogen hob, full size eye level oven, microwave, fridge (with ice box), dish washer. The large lounge has comfy setting with a two and three seater settee (double bed settee), TV, DVD and digi box.
Upstairs the master bedroom has a double bed, bed side tables, wardrobe and dressing table. The second bedroom has twin beds. The bathroom has bath electric shower, wash hand basin and WC.
Please note this property is up several flights of stairs.
Outside:Off road parking available in front of the property but is on a first come basis.
