This very comfortable 3 storey holiday home is a superb location for a family holiday in Exmouth. Just a few minutes walk to the beach and town.

Accommodation comprising
Ground Floor:The kitchen and dining area are on the ground floor. The kitchen has cooker, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. The dining area has seating for 8. The back door leads to a balcony and walkway to the estuary.
There is a small cloakroom on the ground floor.
First Floor:The comfy lounge has TV, digibox and DVD player, however you will probably just sit and enjoy the view of the estuary towards Starcross from the settee or patio - there is always plenty to see! There is a twin bedroom on this floor and a family bathroom with bath and shower.
Second Floor:The second floor double bedroom commands estuary views - it has a king-size bed and and an en-suite shower room with access to a balcony. There is also a double room on this floor.
Outside:There is a garage and room for 2 cars in designated parking spaces.
Gas and Electricity included. Duvets and pillows are provided.
