Ground Floor:The entrance hall leads to a dining area with a table and chairs and a separate cosy lounge. There is a TV, DVD and two sofas, one of which can be made into a double bed-settee. There is a well-fitted kitchen with a washing machine and a large fridge-freezer. A small lobby area with access to the rear of the cottage leads on to a fully-tiled bathroom with shower and WC.
First Floor:2 bedrooms - The main bedroom has fully-fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers and a 5ft bed. There are reading lights/clock radio and TV. Bedroom two has a double bed, wardrobe and shelves.
Outside:To the rear of the property there is a raised patio garden with BBQ facilities and a designated car parking space to the side. Gas central heating.
One well behaved dog is permitted at this property by special arrangement. Please mention at time of booking. Dog must never be left unattended at the property.
