The property is best accessed by car. The town centre is approximately two miles away. The property has its own footpath link to the Jurassic coast footpath or down to the seafront at Orcombe Point - the start of the resort's famous two miles of golden sands.

Outside:Large rear garden with fantastic views over the seafront. Large raised decking area with patio furniture. There is also a barbecue supplied.N.B. There is NO hand rail around decked area.
