The town centre location of this charming cottage makes it ideal for a family holiday base. The house looks out onto the town's Manor Gardens with its bandstand and colourful flower borders. Within a few minutes' walk is the seafront with its two miles of golden sands.

Ground Floor:There is a fully-equipped kitchen/diner with fridge/freezer, washing machine, oven and hob with extractor. There is a folding table with 5 chairs. A wc leads off the hallway. The small but comfortable lounge has a sofa bed, easy chair & wall-mounted, flat-screen TV with DVD player.
First Floor:Upstairs there are two good size bedrooms and a bathroom all overlooking the park. The main bedroom has a full size double bed and the second bedroom has a full size double bed with a single bunk above. Both have wardrobes and a chest of drawers. The bathroom has a large bath with an electric shower over, washbasin, wc and wall-mounted cabinet.
Outside:There is a small patio area outside the kitchen door looking over to the park and bandstand. On street parking is free and unrestricted.
One well behaved dog is permitted at this property by special arrangement. Please mention at time of booking. Dog must never be left unattended at the property.
