Who Are We?
Holiday Havens is a long established, well run, family business based in Exmouth, Devon. Having recently been taken over by Eaton-Terry Clark Property Management, owned and run by Lympstone couple Tony and Jenny Clark, it offers a local team of dedicated staff who can advise you on the many aspects of letting your property as well as the best ways of attracting visitors.
Business partner Pete Hardy deals with the day-to-day running of the holiday business, operating solely in the East Devon area, which is run from the Rolle Street offices of Eaton-Terry Clark. We aim to let as many weeks as possible for you, either as all year holiday bookings or just for the summer season (from Easter to October). If you want to consider the the possibility of a longer winter let, because Holiday Havens is part of a residential lettings agency, there is help and advice on hand for you. This will ensure that you make a worthwhile return on your capital.

Your Role As The Owner?
Your property should come up to our quality requirements and conform to all health and safety standards. Holidaymakers constantly demand better standards which will also reflect the rental achievement of you property. All properties need a annual gas safety certificate and must have current buildings and contents insurance. We also ask that you let us know of any weeks you wish to occupy the property for personal use well in advance.
