Who Are We?

Eaton-Terry Clark is a long established, well run, family business based in Exmouth, owned and managed by Jenny Clark. Our team of dedicated staff (all of whom live locally) can advise you on the many aspects of letting your property as well as the best ways of attracting visitors.

Lindsey Foxwell deals with the day-to-day running of the holiday business, which is run from the Rolle Street offices. Director Jenny Clark is also closely involved in all areas of the business.

We aim to let as many weeks as possible for you, either as all-year holiday bookings or just for the summer season (from Easter to October). If you want to consider the the possibility of combining weekly letting with a winter let, our residential letting team is on hand to provide help and guidance.

As our income is derived solely as a percentage of yours, it is in our interests to assist you in maximising your return!

  • Commission Rate (including all aspects of booking and managing your property) – 20%

Your Role As The Owner?

Your property must conform to all health and safety standards (we can advise you on these). In addition we have our own company standards as to levels of equipment, age of decorations etc which we will discuss with you.

Holidaymakers now require clean, bright and modern properties – home improvements should be reflected in increased rental income.

All properties must have current buildings and contents insurance and those with gas appliances must have an annual landlord’s gas safety certificate.

We do not restrict your use of your property, however, we ask that you let us know of any weeks you wish to occupy the property well in advance. Once we have taken a deposit, we will not cancel a paid booking in order to accommodate you, your friends or family.
