The apartments have been designed to the highest standards offering the latest in facilities and equipment.
Their prominent position along a section of Exmouth’s two mile-long stretch of seafront offers spectacular views over the Exe estuary and seafront looking across Lyme Bay towards Torquay and Brixham. The coastal apartments include large seafront-facing balconies.
With their close links to the Royal Beacon Hotel, the apartments can offer a range of services to the visitor. Both sets of apartments are within 200 yards of the hotel meaning that its breakfast, lunch and choice of dinner menus from two superb restaurants is available to all apartment guests, who may also use the bar facilities.
The coastal apartments have lifts to all floors and all are fitted with telephones for incoming calls. They have a washing machine and dishwasher, widescreen freeview televisions with DVD and are richly furnished for maximum comfort.
The Town apartments are furnished to a luxurious standard offering a choice of one or two bed accommodation.
The Coastal apartments offer two bedroom accommodation with the option of making a second double into a twin room.

The hotel will assist in putting together a package of flight, accommodation, restaurant and chauffeur-driven transport.
The first class hotel service is available to all apartments with all bed linen and towels changed after the fourth night and full cleaning after the seventh night. A cleaning service on request is also available.
Newspapers can be delivered daily and a valet service for kitchen cleaning is available.
Bookings can be accepted for a minimum of three nights and rates start at £380 for 3 nights.

The apartments are divided into two types, Coastal, on Louisa Terrace and Town on The Beacon.
Type A is Flat 1 (town) split level and trendy. Ground floor with large double, plus double/twin on sleep deck – sleeps 2+2.
Type B are Flats 2 & 3 (town) large and light rooms, excellent outlook, large double, small double – sleeps 4.
Type C is Flat 4 (town) Top floor and open plan with views on three sides. Large Double, small double – sleeps 4.
Type D (coastal) lounge with access to balcony. One double, one double/twin – sleeps 4.
Type E (coastal) lounge and bedroom access to balcony. One double, one double/twin – sleeps 4.
