How to Book

Select the property of your choice and telephone us on 01395 267395 - please leave your details on our answer phone and we will call you back within 24 hours when we will be pleased to confirm the availability or suggest alternative accommodation to suit and make your reservation. We will then send you a booking form and your reservation will be held for 3 working days whilst we await the return of your completed booking form and deposit cheque (including any hire charges) You will then receive prompt confirmation of your booking.

Full balance of your booking fee is required one month prior to commencement of your holiday.

All cheques should be made payable to ‘Holiday Havens’.
Final details concerning key collection and other relevant matters will be sent you after your full payment has been received.

Cancellation Insurance is obligatory

Your booking is a legally binding contract, and like all contracts you should protect yourself in case things go wrong. That's why we ask you to take out holiday cancellation insurance and advise us of the scheme you have chosen.

Booking Conditions

All bookings entered into with Holiday Havens are subject to the following conditions;

  1. There shall be no variation in the number and composition of the party of guests without the prior consent of Holiday Havens.
  2. Whilst Holiday Havens will endeavor to ensure that the accommodation requested will be available, they make no guarantee or warranty on that behalf and shall not be liable in any way if the said accommodation shall not be available for any reason.
  3. Accommodation shall be available from 2pm on the first day of the period booked until 10am on the last day of the period booked by which time the guests are required to vacate the accommodation and leave the same in a clean and tidy condition. Any damage or loss incurred during the holiday period shall be paid for by the guests, the amount payable shall be decided by Holiday Havens and this decision shall be final.
  4. Guests must pay the deposit specified when submitting the booking form, unless the date of submission is within one calendar month of the holiday. Guests who make a reservation within one calendar month must pay the full cost of their booking upon submitting their booking form. It is a condition of the booking that the total cost of the holiday be paid not later than one calendar month before the first day of the holiday and any failure to do so will entitle Holiday Havens to cancel the booking, in this instance your deposit is non refundable.
  5. Holiday Havens accepts no responsibility for any property lost or stolen from the accommodation nor any accidents or injuries sustained in the accommodation or whilst on your holiday.
  6. Every effort has been made to ensure that individual holiday homes descriptions contained in the details are correct. In the interest of continued improvement Holiday Havens reserves the right to make modifications to the holiday home specification without prior notice.

Cancellations

The full holiday booking shall be paid if the holiday booked is cancelled or reduced in length for any reason other than the act of default of Holiday Havens. Guests are therefore advised to notify Holiday Havens immediately of any change of plan and in that instance Holiday Havens will make every effort to re-let the accommodation and if they succeed in doing so then all monies paid less a cancellation fee of £35 may at the discretion of Holiday Havens be refunded.
