Chantala is a modern townhouse on the edge of Exmouth’s Marina. It is 150 metres walk from the start of Exmouth’s glorious sandy beach. Its layout (with accommodation on the ground and second floor and living space on the first floor) makes it an ideal self-catering holiday home for two families wishing to share or for an extended family. Chantala also benefits from 2 parking spaces (one in the garage and one hard standing). The town centre, station and indoor pool are just a level five minute walk away. Exmouth’s Marina and seafront boast several family-friendly pubs and restaurants, together with a range of independent shops and cafes.
Chantala provides accommodation to sleep up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms (2 x king sized and 2 x twin rooms). (**NB Under COVID restrictions Sept 2020 we can only accept 6 guests unless all are from the same household).
The ground floor comprises – double bedroom (king sized bed); twin room; spacious shower room with washing machine; first floor comprises – open plan living area – kitchen with beech effect units, microwave, electric cooker, fridge/freezer; dining area with extending table; sitting area with comfy chairs and French doors leading to outside seating; Patio with chairs and tables, views of the Marina; second floor comprises – double bedroom (king sized bed) with en-suite shower room; twin room; family bathroom. Allocated parking space on hard standing, and use of a large garage (room to store bikes/surfboards etc alongside a car).
The patio area is ideal for watching the sun set, and enjoying the bustle of the Marina. Chantala has full central heating and can provide a cosy winter break too!
