Located in the heart of Exmouths old town only minutes from the town centre, with all the amenities it has to offer, this self-catering holiday cottage is an ideal base for a family holiday or can provide an all-year round venue for a cosy mini-break. Despite its central location it benefits from a decked balcony area at the rear of the property with distant views of the estuary.

Montpellier  has a spacious open plan living room which has wood flooring throughout and plenty of seating, plus a TV, woodburner, and a comfortable sofa which can also double up as a sofa bed should you need the extra sleeping space. A dining area, leads through to an archway through to the light and airy kitchen with washing machine, fridge, tumble dryer, kettle, microwave, toaster, and full-sized oven and gas hob.

On the first floor is the family bathroom with shower over bath, hand basin and WC and a master bedroom with double bed and wardrobe. The second floor has a twin bedded room with en-suite shower room, hand basin and WC. A range of parking permits can be purchased for nearby car parks. Please Note –  access to the balcony is by stepping up two steps and out through the landing windows and so this access may not be suitable for anyone with mobility difficulties and young children must be supervised at all times.
