Schooners Court is located on Exmouth Quay, the award winning marina development. It is the perfect setting for a family holiday by the sea with the closest beach just a one minute walk away. You can rent SUPs or try kite surfing with Edge Watersports located on the two mile stretch of golden sands at the sea front. Restaurants, and pubs are all close by. Celebrity chefs include Mitch Tonks (Rockfish) and Michael Caines (Mickey Brasserie and Lympstone Manor). The town centre with its swimming pool and leisure centre, train station and M&S food hall are less than a 10 minute walk away.

The Space
For 2024 Schooners is under new ownership and has undergone a complete top to bottom refurbishment. The refitted kitchen/diner leads onto a patio garden with views up the estuary. There is a downstairs toilet and separate utility room washing machine and dryer. On the first floor there is a large living room with spectacular views overlooking the estuary and on the same floor a bedroom with a double bed and balcony area. On the second floor you will find the main bedroom with Ensuite and king size bed, a second bedroom with two single beds and the family bathroom. There is parking for two cars or a car and dingy and a garage to store any bikes or watersports equipment. The property includes full fibre broadband and a smart TV.
