This lovely self-catering holiday cottage is perfectly located for central Exmouth, on a quiet street tucked away in the heart of the town. Within approximately five minutes’ walk you will find the beach, the marina, parks, cafes, the leisure centre, exe trail, swimming pool and train station. Perfect for a family holiday, Seashells is close to all the amenities the town has to offer.
The entrance hall opens up to an spacious open plan sitting room and dining area. This space has been lovingly refurbished with a tastefully modern decor flowing throughout. The sitting room has a comfy corner sofabed and a lounging chair with footrest, a TV, WiFi and large windows; the dining area has a large family sized dining table with 6 seats, plus a lovely selection of books and games for the whole family. Further on is a well-stocked modern kitchen with microwave, fridge freezer, oven and hob leading onto a large lean-to storage with washing machine and space to store bikes or for family pets (only by prior agreement) to sleep at night. Doors lead to a sun drenched patio space to the rear of the property and outdoor seating is provided. On the first floor is – a stylish family bathroom, with good sized shower, separate bath, WC and basin; a large double bedroom, with lots of light and a handy wardrobe space; an equally spacious bunk bed room (full sized bunks but best suited to children) with room for a zbed.
