Exmouth is a beautiful seaside town with so many things to do all year round. If you are here on business you are only 15 mins from the M5 and a short train ride will take you to Exeter City centre. Devon Michelin Star Restaurant – Fine Dining at Lympstone Manor and Mickeys relaxed beached bar all await you.
If you like walks, there are so many to choose from, Woodbury Common, South West Coastal path or Dartmoor.
The space
Unwind at this stunning modern beachside apartment. The apartment has been lovingly renovated and is equipped to a very high standard. The sleeping arrangements are versatile with a super king bed which can alternatively be made into two single beds. There is also a fold-up bed for an extra person (preferably a child).

A well behaved small/medium dog (e.g., cockapoo) is welcome for a £35 charge for the duration of the stay.

All bedding is high quality and luxurious. There are bars, restaurants and shops, cinema and train station within approximately five minute walk away.
This is a no smoking property.
Guest access
You have your own private car parking space at the rear of the property. The apartment is accessible via an outside staircase which is well lit. To gain access there is a key safe and a code will be given after the booking is confirmed. You then have the entire property to yourself. This is a no smoking property
Other things to note
Exmouth is a haven for watersports. The home of Olympian sailors, world champion Kite and windsurfers, With its 3 miles of sandy beach, there is so much for the family to do what ever the weather. Devon welcomes dogs, almost everywhere so no one gets left behind.
