This large Victorian town house is situated on the road leading from the town centre to the beach – just 800 metres level walking from 2 miles of golden sand and 200 metres from the town centre, so you can easily enjoy life in both elements of Exmouth; lazy days on the beach, watching the yachts and fishing boats, choosing from the three excellent ice-cream vendors and maybe trying some water sports – then an evening in town savouring the many wine bars, cafes, pubs and restaurants.

Victoria House has 4/5 bedrooms, 2/3 reception rooms and an enclosed garden. The property has undergone major refurbishment for the 2022 season. In the house you will find – spacious sitting room with three comfy sofas, TV with DVD and video player; second reception room with a piano, large sofa which converts to a double sofa-bed (NB extra linen charges may apply – please ask for details);  good sized breakfast/dining room with wood burner effect fire; well-equipped fitted kitchen with full-sized cooker and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and plenty of utensils; separate utility room with washing machine; separate WC.  On the first floor is a double bedroom with wash basin; family bathroom with corner bath and brand new shower cubicle; separate WC; large double bedroom with plenty of wardrobes; further double bedroom; small bunk room with 2’6” bunk beds (which are best suited for smaller children).
