With spectacular panoramic views from both the living room and bedroom, this light and airy top (second) floor apartment can be found in a quiet residential house on the sea front, just a few metres from Exmouth’s 2 miles of golden sandy beaches and the marina.

The apartment itself is well-suited to a couple, whilst the sofa-bed allows an extra visitor to also stay. Comprising of a large bedroom with double bed, wash hand basin and wardrobe, and a kitchen which is is unusually large for an apartment plus a well equipped bathroom (with shower over the bath). It is the living room, which overlooks the sea, that is the key to the appeal of Alexandra. With two sofas (one futon style), a good sized Smart TV and Blu-ray player, and the dining table next to the large window, visitors can enjoy the amazing views and the stunning scenery.  The property also benefits from having Wi-Fi.

Parking is not allocated, however there are car parks close by which you can purchase long stay permits for.  Within a minute’s walk are the beautiful Manor Gardens, the promenade and the beach.

NB: Please note that there is a small balcony at this property but this must not be used for sitting due to building safety restrictions.
