The family bathroom has a large shower cubicle. Access to the apartment is via a short outside walkway, from which views of the Exe estuary can be enjoyed.

Although its location means a car is not essential for your holiday, the property benefits from an allocated parking space in a secure car park under the building.

Estuary View is situated on the third floor of the building – there is a lift.
