Park Cottage is a charming cottage overlooking Manor Gardens Park, and is just 200m from Exmouth’s glorious sandy beach. The cottage was completely refurbished in the spring of 2021, and offers comfortable accommodation for up to 5 guests.  The town centre, beach, station and marina are all within a couple of minutes stroll, so there is no need for a car.  The self-catering cottage comprises: entrance hall with ground floor WC; bright living room with comfy sofas; spacious kitchen/diner with French windows out to the patio. (Kitchen contains microwave, washing machine, fridge/freezer  and full-sized oven with gas hob);  On the first floor is a family bathroom with shower over the bath; bedroom with bunks – a double underneath and a single over – this room has views over the park;  main bedroom with king-sized bed and views over the park. Patio area at the front of the property containing outdoor furniture.
